• Custom jerseys are made just for you.
• Production typically takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation (including design approval).
• You will receive a production update via email.

Order tracking

• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, duties & taxes

• You are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may apply.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Lost or delayed packages

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first.
• For lost packages, email us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either reship or refund based on the outcome.

Incorrect shipping address

• Please double‑check your address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
• If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately – we may be able to correct it before production.
