1. Custom orders

All jerseys are made to order based on your design specifications. You are responsible for reviewing your design proof carefully. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

2. Design ownership

You confirm that any design, logo, name, or number you provide does not infringe on any third‑party rights. We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive or unlawful content.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in your local currency equivalent at checkout. We accept major payment methods. Payments must be completed before production starts.

4. Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, prohibited designs, or stock unavailability). If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Returns and exchanges

Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Custom jerseys are generally non‑refundable except for defects or our errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

9. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of operation. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court where available.
